1. About JRH ICSP

JRH ICSP provides digital infrastructure, billing support, payment facilitation, and administrative coordination services to regulated healthcare providers and associated organisations.
2. Nature of Services
JRH ICSP provides non-clinical platform services, which may include:
- Digital workflow infrastructure
- Invoicing and billing orchestration
- Payment facilitation via regulated third-party payment service providers
- Secure document access systems
- Operational coordination support
- Administrative communication tools
JRH ICSP does not provide regulated healthcare services.
3. No Clinical Services
JRH ICSP:
- Does not provide medical advice
- Does not diagnose medical conditions
- Does not prescribe medication
- Does not provide clinical treatment
- Does not dispense medicines
All clinical services are provided by independently regulated healthcare providers operating under their own professional and statutory obligations. JRH ICSP does not influence clinical decision-making, prescribing practices, or treatment pathways.
4. Pharmacy and Supply Responsibilities
Where medicines are prescribed by a regulated healthcare provider:
- Dispensing and supply are carried out by appropriately licensed pharmacies.
JRH ICSP does not handle, store, manufacture, or supply medicines. JRH ICSP does not control pharmacy inventory, pricing, or delivery timelines. Licensed pharmacies remain solely responsible for compliance with applicable pharmaceutical and medicines legislation.
5. Payment Facilitation
JRH ICSP may facilitate payments between patients, clinics, and pharmacies through regulated third-party payment service providers. JRH ICSP:
- Does not operate as a bank or financial institution.
- Does not store cardholder data directly.
- Relies on PCI-compliant third-party payment processors.
- May act as merchant of record for certain services where contractually agreed.
Settlement of funds to regulated service providers occurs in accordance with contractual arrangements.
6. Platform Use
Access to JRH ICSP systems is restricted to authorised users. Users must:
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Comply with applicable data protection laws
- Use the platform only for lawful and authorised purposes
JRH ICSP reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of misuse or regulatory concerns.
7. Data Protection
JRH ICSP processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We act as data processor or controller as appropriate depending on the service context. Further details are set out in our Privacy Policy and relevant data processing agreements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- JRH ICSP shall not be liable for clinical decisions made by regulated healthcare providers.
- JRH ICSP shall not be liable for treatment outcomes.
- JRH ICSP shall not be liable for pharmacy dispensing, supply, stock availability, or delivery issues.
- JRH ICSP shall not be responsible for regulatory compliance obligations of independent healthcare providers or pharmacies.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Regulatory Separation
JRH ICSP operates solely as a non-clinical infrastructure and coordination provider. It does not carry out regulated healthcare activities and does not hold itself out as a clinical provider or pharmacy. Healthcare providers and pharmacies remain independently regulated and responsible for their own statutory compliance.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
